    At checkout, a customer in Bucharest selects BoxToBike delivery and pays online.

    Ship the box to our workshop

    Create the shipping label for our workshop address, not for the customer. Use your own courier and your own rates.

    Send us the order

    Send us the order number, the customer’s details and the tracking number, in the way we agree when we start working together.

    We assemble and check

    We open the box, assemble the bike and check it.

    We deliver to the customer

    We call the customer, come to the door and hand over the bike ready to ride, with a signed handover form.

Clear terms, no surprises.

  • Only orders paid online.We do not accept cash on delivery, so we never take payments at the door.
  • Delivery only in Bucharest.In your shop, the BoxToBike option must be available only for orders delivered in Bucharest.
  • Handover with a signed form.Signed by the customer, with the delivery address, model, frame number and condition of the bike. No courier label at delivery.

    Arrival

    We check the box and what is inside when it arrives.

  2. 02

    Assembly

    We fit the handlebar, wheel, pedals, saddle and the accessories from the box.

  3. 03

    Adjustment

    We adjust the brakes and gears and pump up the tyres.

  4. 04

    E-bikes

    On electric bikes, we check the motor, battery, display and lights.

  5. 05

    Handover

    The customer tries the bike and we adjust the saddle on the spot.

This is not our first bike.

Through bike.city, we have rented e-bikes to food couriers and tourists in Bucharest for 4 years. We also repair and service them ourselves.
